History
The Goddard Men's Bowling League was established for the 1968-1969 season and bowled at the Bowl America Odenton lanes. The League started with eight 4-man teams and expanded to 10 teams the second season. The first 4 seasons were bowled under the 4-point system until the League converted to the Peterson point system for the 1972-1973 season. The League expanded to 5-man teams for the 1979-1980 season and continues to bowl with 5-man teams today, with the exception of the 1989-90 season which had 4-man teams. The Bowl America Odenton Lanes closed in 1997 which forced the League to find a new home. Currently the League bowls on Wednesday evenings at the Fort Meade Lanes in Odenton, Maryland.
